How does Stablon work and what pharmaceutical group does it belong to?

Tianeptine is a antidepressant which works by stimulating reuptake of serotonin by the neurons in the brain if used once improves the reuptake by 28% in chronic administration may reach 71%. The side effects of Tianeptine include:

• CNS and sensory organs: dizziness, headache, insomnia, somnolence, attention deficit disorder, nightmares, asthenia, lipothymia, fainting, tremor
• Cardiovascular system: tachycardia, arrhythmia, angina, chest pain
• Respiratory system: breathing discomfort, difficulty breathing, larynx spasm
• Gastrointestinal tract: xerostomia, anorexia, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, constipation, meteorism
• Other: flushing, pain syndrome (myalgia, back pain)
