How does Super P-force work and what pharmaceutical group does it belong to?

Super P-force is a combined medication that contains two active ingredients: Dapoxetine and Sildenafil citrate. Dapoxetine is serotonin reuptake inhibitor that improves neurotransmitter. Serotonin possesses inhibitory effects on ejaculation and libido. By increasing the amount of serotonin in the synaptic gap Dapoxetine helps prevent ejaculation and prolong sexual intercourse. Another ingredient of Super P-force Sildenafil citrate. Sildenafil is PDE5 inhibitor that works by inhibiting the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 that breaks down cyclic GMP. By increasing the amount of cyclic GMP Sildenafil increases blood flow to the penis causing firm and lasting erection.

Which conditions are treated with Super P-force?

Super P-force is used to treat erectile dysfunction accompanied by premature ejaculation in men over 18 years of age

What should a patient know before using Super P-force?

The Super P-force should not be used in cases of:

• Hypersensitivity to any of the medication ingredients
• Women and men under 18 years of age
• Cardiovascular diseases such as coronary heart diseases, heart failure, angina, history of heart attacks and strokes for the past 6 months, high or low blood pressure.
• Liver or kidney diseases
• Blood diseases: sickle cell anemia, leukemia, multiple myeloma
• Anatomical deformation of the penis such as angulation, Peyronie's disease, or cavernosal fibrosis
• Eye diseases called retinitis pigmentosa
• History of priapism
• Bipolar disorders
• History of suicidal thoughts or attempts
• History of serotonin syndrome associated with SSRI's use

Which adverse effects may manifest when using the medication?

The side effects of Super P-force include:

• Headache
• Hot flashings
• Dyspepsia
• Nasal congestion
• Diarrhea
• Dizziness
• Infection of the urinary system
• Symptoms of serotonin syndrome
• Insomnia
• Tiredness
• Convulsions
• Decreased libido

The drug is affected by the following:

• Nitrates (nitrogen oxide donators)
• Protease inhibitors
• Alpha blockers
• Other phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors
• Inhibitors of microsomal liver enzymes
• Inductors of microsomal liver enzymes
• Other SSRI or SNRI medications
• Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)
• Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs)
• Lithium preparations
• Seizures medications
• Cardiac glycosides (digoxin)
• Blood thinners (warfarin)
• Tryptophan
• Tricyclic antidepressants
• Certain antipsychotic medications
• Tranquilizers
• Certain antibiotics (Linezolid)
• St. John's wort
