How does Sildenafil professional work and what pharmaceutical group does it belong to?

Sildenafil citrate is a reversible PDE-5 inhibitor. The preparation works by increasing blood flow to the corpus cavernosum of the penis thus allowing the patient to achieve and maintain a normal erection. Sildenafil professional contains the same active ingredients as Sildenafil, however due to unique properties of the pharmaceutical form the effects are longer then in the genuine preparation.
