For the treatment of trophic skin damages it is recommended to combine parenteral and local forms of Solcoseryl
Solcoseryl gel or ointment should be applied after the surface of wound is cleaned with antiseptics. In the treatment of contaminated wounds you must apply local antibiotics and antiseptics on the wound prior applying Solcoseryl gel or oinment.

Do not mix Solcoseryl solution for injections with other solutions in one vial. The medication is not compatible with Ginkgo biloba, naftidrofuryl and bencylane.
